For Men Who Know Something Needs To Change
Some Men Wait Until Life Forces Them To Change. I Did That Once — And It Nearly Killed Me.
In October 2002 I was in the room when the Bali bombs went off. Rebuilding what was left taught me the exact difference between men who drift and men who get forged — and it isn't luck or talent. It's a decision, made on purpose, before life makes it for you.
Takes 5 minutes to apply. If it's a fit, we get on a call.
APPLY FOR THE FORGEWhy The Forge Exists
On the 12th of October 2002, I was in Bali when the bombs went off. 202 people didn't come home. I did — but the man who walked away from that building wasn't the same one who walked in.
Rebuilding wasn't a single decision. It was thousands of small ones — showing up to train when I didn't want to, telling the truth when it was easier not to, choosing purpose over self-pity on the days that offered plenty of reason for the second one.
That process became Life Martial Arts. Then it became the stage, two Australian Speaker of the Year awards, and a book called Undefeated. And somewhere in front of thousands of men, I kept seeing the same pattern: good men, quietly drifting, waiting for a crisis to force the change I made by choice.
The Forge is the structure I wish someone had handed me — before the bombs, not after.
What The Forge Actually Is
A 12-month coaching program for men done drifting — built to rebuild a body, a mind and a life that can take a hit and keep moving forward.
Four pillars: Movement, Mission, Mastery, Mindset. One framework for staying in the fight when it gets hard: FORGED. Weekly coaching. Real accountability. A brotherhood of men doing the same work, not talking about doing it.
How It Works — The Four Pillars
Movement
Training, health, energy, recovery.
Mission
Work, finances, legacy, contribution.
Mastery
Skills, habits, craft, expertise.
Mindset
Resilience, identity, self-talk, ownership.
The Framework Underneath Everything
Four pillars tell you what to build. FORGED is how you keep building when it wants to fall apart.
F
Face the Choice — choose to respond, not react.
O
Own the Action — full accountability, no blame, no excuses.
R
Reframe the Pain — pain is data, find the lesson.
G
Ground it in Purpose — connect the struggle to something bigger.
E
Embrace the Hard — chosen hardship builds the man.
D
Deploy What You've Learned — it only has value when it's lived out.

Why Applying Now Matters
The Forge isn't a course that scales to unlimited members. It's coaching — which means real attention, which means the number of new men we bring in is limited by how much attention we can actually give.
If this page found you today, that's not a coincidence. Apply while there's room — not after another year's gone by the same way the last one did.
